Fixed:
- Sometimes CONTROL doesn't work 100% in command prompt
- Sometimes not getting update from URL
- Startup improvement
- "alleen zou ie nog automatisch de dosboxen moeten sluiten" xD

Added:
- Installing all files (IMG,version,settings.ini), so you only need to download the spotwebcontrol.exe program.
- Better Setup menu (still working on this, if settings.ini = empty "echo = ERROR" xD
- Update check at start
- Checkbox at end on setup to select if autoclose CMD window :)

Known Issues
- if settings.ini = empty "echo = ERROR" xD
- Disabled Optimize SQL, compile FAIL, have to look trough the code to see what went wrong
- Layout is ugly "i know :)"

Working on:
- New layout
- Auto download new update and remove old version; or rename to spotwebcontrol.exe.old
- Finally code all functions
- Make source smaller, for better run improvement and smaller program size
