Dylan Dog (Brandon Routh), is een privédetective die gespecialiseerd is in paranormale verschijnselen. Hij wordt gedwongen de verdwijning van zijn vriend te onderzoeken in New Orleans. Dit doet hij samen met zijn collega Marcus(Sam Huntington). Het onderzoek van de twee begint al snel vreemde vormen aan te nemen, als bovennatuurlijke schepsels hun pad kruisen.
