          Notes    : DiFFERENT's release is encoded at a too low CRF (at 21 the bitrate
                     exceeds 1500kb).
                     Rules say that Competitive-Reality should be 23-24 CRF. If an encode
                     is deviating from these values, the group MUST make this clear
                     in the nfo, which DiFFERENT did not. This is a bad x264 setting.

                     We tried at CRF23 but the encode visually suffered at 23. Therefore
                     we opted for CRF22. The bitrate remained below 1500 and video looked
                     much better than at CRF23.
